Vast Interactive, LLC is an online request facilitator for consumers interested in post secondary education. Vast Interactive, LLC is not a college, school, university or education provider, and does not make admissions or finance decisions in connection with education institutions.

All course information, admissions criteria and financing information will be provided to you by the particular independent providers and not Vast Interactive, LLC.

By submitting information to Vast Interactive, LLC, and its affiliated web properties and sites, you are:

Authorizing us to forward your request/information and contact information to one or more education, course providers, institutions, universities and colleges. These affiliates may require additional information to evaluate and assist you in finding the right institution and /or programs. Additionally, should you opt to also be contacted for separate services, quotes, products or future contact from either Vast Interactive, LLC and its family of companies or Affiliates, we reserve the right to do so and provide information and updates as well as product or service information we deem to be of relevance to you from information provided and standard demographic marketing research.

Granting permission to those partners and affiliates in our network who receive your information through us to contact you via telephone or email or both, even if you have previously listed yourself on any internal company, state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Granting permission for a representative of Vast Interactive, LLC to contact you by telephone or email for the purpose of verifying your contact information for quality control purposes and or offers and products related to your areas of interest.

Vast Interactive, LLC is not an agent of either you, the consumer, or any participating school, partner or affiliate. Vast Interactive, LLC services are for the sole purpose of making an online contact request a simple process for consumers looking to further education. You should rely on your own judgment in deciding which offers to explore, and there is NO obligation to use any school or affiliate contacting you as a result of your online contact request submitted. Furthermore, Vast Interactive, LLC in no way guarantees that submitting an online request will result in a school or affiliate being able to assist you with educational or other needs. Our service simply helps put you in contact with a representative to discuss your educational and career needs.

The information request you submit is NOT an admissions application - Rather, it is a request for a representative, consultant, affiliate or lender to contact you. You may have to complete an application with a school or institution before they will extend a full informational package. A school or institution you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of an admissions application. The school or institution will determine the amount of any such fees, and should provide information to you regarding the refundability of any such fees. Vast Interactive, LLC does not charge you the consumer, any fees for its services. Vast Interactive, LLC receives its compensation from schools, institutions and partners for the services actually provided.

Vast Interactive, LLC (and its network of websites) is an online resource allowing you to request educational and post secondary education providers, partners and affiliates contact you to discuss your particular educational, career and/or financial needs.

You understand and agree that if you submit a request for a product or service, or for a provider to contact you through our website(s) that Vast Interactive, LLC will share your information with certain business partners to process and fulfill your request. You further agree that our business partners may contact you by telephone, email or mail based on the information you have provided to us. You understand that Vast Interactive, LLC affiliates and business partners may maintain the information you submitted whether you elect to use their services or not. In the event you no longer want to receive communications from an affiliate of Vast Interactive, LLC, you agree to notify the partner directly. You acknowledge that Vast Interactive, LLC is not acting as your agent or broker and is not recommending any educational or financial product or service to you, and you further acknowledge that Vast Interactive, LLC does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products or services of any partner provider, school, institution or affiliate.

You certify to Vast Interactive, LLC that: (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) you assume full responsibility for the use of the Service by any minors; (iii) you agree not to knowingly submit false information on Vast Interactive, LLC or its network of websites and affiliate websites; and, (iv) your use of the Vast Interactive, LLC websites and network of websites is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Vast Interactive, LLC may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites. Because Vast Interactive, LLC has no control over such websites, you acknowledge and agree that is not Vast Interactive, LLC responsible for the availability of such external websites, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites.
